Head of Department (Credit Analysis Debt Collection Support)

• The Credit Analysis Supervisor leads the credit assessment team, ensuring accurate evaluation of loan applications in line with company policies and risk management standards.
• The Debt Collection Supervisor manages the collections team to ensure timely recovery of overdue loans while maintaining professionalism and compliance with regulations.
• The Customer Support Supervisor leads the support team to deliver high-quality service to borrowers, ensuring efficient resolution of inquiries and complaints.

• Be part of creation process for norms and procedures for specific department;
• Supervise daily operations in your department,
• Monitor quality, performance and response times of direct subordinates,
• Handle escalated customer complaints,
• Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards,
• Train and develop your team’s representatives,
• Analyze feedback to improve customer experience and efficiency.

• Experience in credit analysis, debt collection or customer support (preferably in consumer or payday lending)
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Leadership and team management experience
• Knowledge of lending regulations and risk assessment tools.
