Shops Deko Marketing Specialist

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a marketing department, preferably in a trade marketing role.
• Excellent understanding of marketing processes.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced skills in Photoshop.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Strong communication skills, learning capabilities, and responsibility.
• High stress tolerance and meticulous attention to detail.
• Team player with a high sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
• ​Excellent organizational, analytical, and planning skills.

• Develop and implement the annual Trade Marketing plan aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive traffic to stores, including image promotion campaigns, sales enhancement campaigns, and brand campaigns.
• Manage trade marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
• Manage the media plan and communication for all our brands' retail network stores.
• Coordinate the creation and production of marketing materials, including POS displays, promotional materials, and merchandising tools.
• Work closely with suppliers, external stakeholders and internal teams to implement promotional campaigns effectively.
• Monitor marketing campaigns and compile evaluation reports; develop customer loyalty strategies to retain existing clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and shopper insights to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Analyze customer profiles, sales data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing activities and recommend improvements.
• Provide regular reports and updates on trade marketing activities, performance, and key insights to management.
• Prepare and submit analyses, activity documents, and any other required reports to the direct manager in accordance with company procedures.
• Request market information from local sales managers for the drafting of trade marketing plans and strategies.
