• Manage and oversee all aspects of freight forwarding operations, including shipping, receiving, and coordination with carriers and logistics providers.
• Prepare and process required documentation (bills of lading, commercial invoices, customs declarations, AWBs etc.).
• Track and monitor shipments; provide regular updates to customers.
• Coordinate with customs brokers and ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, Incoterms and customs procedures.
• Manage relationships with clients and mentor junior team members where applicable.
• Ensure timely delivery and resolve operational issues.

• We are looking for a Senior Freight Forwarder with proven experience in maritime transport / ocean freight activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics or related field preferred/required.
• 3–5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics or related field.
• Experience managing clients/team preferred.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and logistics systems (e.g. CargoWise a plus).
• Fluency in English required.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software. Fluency in English required.
