Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, or Order-to-Cash processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong understanding of collections processes and accounts receivable management.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, Workday, or similar platforms.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the technology or SaaS industry.
- Exposure to billing, order management, and invoicing processes.

As a Senior Collections Analyst, you will play a key role in managing and improving the accounts receivable collection process. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure timely collections, resolve billing issues, reduce delinquency, and support the company's financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage outbound collection activities in a professional and customer-focused manner.
- Analyze customer accounts and investigate outstanding balances.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to resolve collection and billing issues.
- Monitor delinquent accounts and prepare regular reports on high-risk accounts and collection performance.
- Support bad debt analysis and assist with invoices, credit notes, and account adjustments.
- Identify opportunities to optimize and streamline collection processes.
- Develop and maintain procedures and documentation related to collection activities.
- Perform data analysis and leverage reporting tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify process gaps and implement effective solutions, including automation opportunities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the Order-to-Cash cycle.
