Job Description
The Senior Brand Manager is responsible for shaping and executing the brand strategy to drive growth, strengthen market position, and ensure a consistent, compelling multi-channel brand experience. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, leading cross-functional initiatives and translating consumer insights into impactful campaigns and innovations.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Positioning
Define and lead the long-term brand strategy aligned with business objectives
Ensure strong, differentiated brand positioning in the market
Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior
Campaign Management
Develop and execute integrated 360° marketing campaigns
Ensure consistency of messaging and visual identity across all channels
Evaluate campaign performance and optimize based on data-driven insights
Manage external partners (creative, media, research agencies)
Product & Portfolio Management
Lead product lifecycle management, including launches, relaunches, and discontinuations
Collaborate with R&D and commercial teams to drive innovation pipelines
Ensure brand and product alignment with consumer needs and business goals
Consumer & Market Insights
Translate data and research into actionable brand strategies
Leverage consumer insights to identify growth opportunities
Partner with research agencies and internal analytics teams
Budget Management
Own and manage the brand budget effectively
Optimize ROI on marketing investments
Track and report on financial performance indicators
Job requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field (master’s preferred)
5–8+ years of experience in brand management or marketing roles in FMCG companies
Proven track record in developing and executing successful brand strategies
Experience managing cross-functional projects and stakeholders
Strategic thinking with strong business acumen
Consumer-centric mindset
Excellent project management and change management skills
Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities
Effective communication and storytelling skills
Ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams
Creativity combined with execution discipline
