ManpowerGroup Romania is recruiting a Senior Accountant for our client, an international company operating in the manufacturing industry, recognized for its commitment to quality, innovation, and operational excellence.

Location: Bucharest

Position overview: The role involves accounting operations, customer account management, reconciliations, accounting postings, and financial data processing within SAP. The ideal candidate should have good analytical skills, accuracy in financial operations, and the ability to work in a dynamic industrial environment.

Requirements:
Previous experience in accounting or finance-related roles.
Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
Experience with reconciliations, accounting entries, and financial documentation.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial operations.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Good command of English (written and spoken).
Experience working with SAP.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain customer account records and accounting documentation.
Perform accounting postings and ensure accurate financial registrations.
Handle foreign currency transactions and related accounting operations.
Prepare and perform account reconciliations.
Support manual payment processing when required.
Monitor and verify accounting transactions related to operational activities.
Work closely with internal departments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting procedures and company policies.
