Candidatul Ideal
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing insightful financial analysis to support business decision-making. You will work closely with operational and finance teams to monitor financial performance, improve processes, and ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
Profile We Are Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of Romanian Accounting Standards, IFRS, and statutory reporting requirements
- Proven experience in financial analysis, management reporting, and variance analysis
- Experience working with ERP systems (EPICOR, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting capabilities
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate financial information effectively to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Fluent in English

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Romanian Accounting Standards and IFRS
- Perform financial analysis and prepare management reports highlighting key business trends, performance indicators, and financial risks
- Analyze operating expenses, production costs, inventory movements, and profitability drivers
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing financial data, variance analysis, and actionable insights
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records
- Coordinate statutory reporting, tax-related submissions, and support internal and external audits
- Ensure compliance with Romanian legislation, internal controls, and corporate accounting policies
- Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and other business functions to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of financial reporting tools, dashboards, and ERP-based reporting solutions
