We are looking for our client for a English / German - speaking SAP Support Specialist with hands-on S/4HANA experience to join a dynamic support team. If you’re experienced in Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Manufacturing, and thrive in a support-driven organization, this role is for you.

[✅] Profile wanted:

- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA in a support or operations role – mandatory;
- Proficiency in at least two of the following functional areas: Finance (FI/CO), Supply Chain & Logistics (MM, SD, WM, Ariba), Manufacturing (PP, PM);
- Experience working in an SAP support team or shared service organization;
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy);
- Strong analytical and communication skills to liaise with both business and IT stakeholders;
- Good command of English/ German .

[💡] Preferred / Nice to Have:

- Experience with SAP Public Cloud environments and BTP;
- Familiarity with other SAP tools and solutions such as: SAP Ariba (Procurement), SAP Concur (Travel & Expenses), SAP Integrated Product Development (IPD), SAP Central Invoice Management (CIM), SAP Cloud ALM (Application Lifecycle Management);
- ITIL Foundation certification;
- Related SAP certification(s);
- Exposure to SAP Fiori apps, roles, and authorizations is a bonus .

[🔍] What You’ll Do:

- Provide 2nd-level support for business users across SAP S/4HANA in following areas: Finance (FI/CO), Supply Chain & Logistics (MM, SD, WM, Ariba), Manufacturing (PP, PM);
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in SAP modules with a focus on user satisfaction and service levels;
- Work within an ITIL-aligned support organization, handling incidents, service requests, and change requests;
- Collaborate closely with global business process experts, consultants, and technical teams;
- Document solutions, perform root cause analysis, and support knowledge sharing within the team;
- Support or contribute to SAP Public Cloud rollouts and related integrations;
- The candidate should also be comfortable to pick up other modules of SAP.
