Responsibilities:
  • Process the tasks with either a resolution or a re-allocation to the appropriate individual/team
  • Be the primary person managing the lifecycle of the task through to conclusion
  • Ensure that the speed & flexibility of response meets the business needs and respects the contractual service levels
  • Escalation of critical and high priority tickets to senior agents
  • Liaise between departments/teams and to act on behalf of the user
  • Pro-active management of the customer back-order reports and working with the existing supporting teams to ensure that the information contained in the customer reports or via Lifecycle is accurate
  • Identification of any products which can be re-sourced through another Distribution to speed up the fulfilment of the customer order
  • Working directly with the customer to ensure that updates are provided on all outstanding requests
  • Using the PowerBI dashboards to expedite all orders with full or partial stock allocation, working with the other supporting teams to identify and resolve delays in shipping through our Configuration and Warehouse functions
  • Review and management of all Project and Scheduled orders held on the system, working with the customer and/or sales teams to understand the customer delivery requirements, pushing for part shipment and bonded where possible
  • Daily review of the orders held on the salespersons queue and working ensuring that these are released in a timely manner
  • Assistance in completing specific customer reporting as identified
  • Attendance and contribution to customer and sales operational service calls
  • Assistance with crucial trading period invoicing
  • Daily review of normal orders which are awaiting dispatch
  • Reviewing aged sales orders and identifying the resolutions to get these completed
  • Reporting on aged Bonded Orders and working with the UK/Sales teams on a timescale for delivery
  • Ensuring that all customer orders have adequate information in terms of consignment details
  • Identification and assistance with the UK and sales teams on the resolution of orders which contain EOL products
  • Identification and assistance with the UK and sales teams on the resolution of orders which have a stock issue within the SCC WarehouseIdentification and assistance with the UK and sales teams on the resolution of orders which have configuration build queries
