● Experience in e-commerce or CMS systems
● Solid understanding of e-commerce solutions and the competitive landscape
● Data-driven approach to the sales process, with a focus on continuous improvement
● Proficiency in using CRMs and sales methodologies
● Well-developed communication skills – both written and verbal
● Effective business communication via phone and email
● Advanced Excel knowledge for managing and editing large data files
● Availability to sell, manage projects, and provide client support
● Desire to help people and grow quickly in the e-commerce field

● Coordinating the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closing
● Market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
● Preparing reports and presentations to analyze sales performance and highlight areas for improvement
