What We're Looking For:
- 7–10+ years of sales experience, with at least 3-5 years leading large teams
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets on scale
- Strong commercial instincts: you understand margins, cycles and buyer psychology
- People-first leadership style: you grow revenue by growing people
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)

- Own the sales P&L: set targets, track performance and drive results
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for Romanian market
- Identify new business opportunities, key accounts and strategic partnerships
- Report to C-level on pipeline health, forecasting and market trends
2. Team Leadership
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of sales professionals
- Build a performance culture: clear goals, regular coaching, transparent feedback
- Drive talent development: identify high potentials, build succession pipelines
- Align sales team structure with business growth plans
3. Execution & Process
- Optimize the end-to-end sales process: from lead generation to contract signing
- Ensure CRM discipline and data-driven decision-making across the team
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management and Operations for aligned go-to-market execution
