- University studies – preferably Economics or a related field;
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales administration, customer service, or a related operational role;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously;
- Proficiency in English and Dutch language;
- Experience in working with ERP integrated systems, although this is not mandatory as we will take care internally to guide you through the SAP specific processes.
Job Description
Main and specific responsibilities:
- Order Processing & Invoicing: Receive and verify incoming purchase orders, process sales transactions, and issue invoices to customers;
- Database & CRM Management: Maintain data integrity by updating customer records, tracking deal stages, and logging client interactions;
- Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving billing issues, and coordinating delivery schedules;
- Support: Support our growing sales team. In this role, you will be the operational bridge between our sales representatives, finance, and logistics departments. You will ensure our sales pipeline runs efficiently, client data remains accurate, and our customers receive exceptional support;
- Tender documentation support for SEAP or other European Public Acquisition platform: includes preparing, structuring, and uploading mandatory bid packages (DUAE, technical proposals, and financial offers).
