What you’ll do:

• Manage the proposal, setup, execution, and delivery of digital retail media campaigns.
• Work directly with internal/external partners.
• Troubleshoot delivery or creative issues during campaign execution.
• Prepare detailed performance reports, provide optimization recommendations, and share actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the sales team on campaign billing and reporting.

What we’re looking for:

• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (digital media, ad-ops, campaign management).
• Strong knowledge of Media Platforms and/or AdServers (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, DCM, AdForm, etc) and ideally Google Looker Studio.
• Advanced Excel & Google Sheets skills.
• Fluency in English (written & spoken). German is a plus.
• Google Ads / Analytics certifications (preferred).
• Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and detail-oriented mindset.
