Stabileste impreuna cu directorul de vanzari strategia de crestere a vanzarilor;
Realizeaza procesul de vanzare si promoveaza produsele companiei in canalele dedicate - Distribuitori, Engross, Horeca, Local Key Accounts;
Mentine si dezvolta relatiile comerciale cu clientii existenti;
Negociaza si urmareste derularea contractelor comerciale cu clientii, respectarea conditiilor contractuale;
Prospecteaza piata comerciala in aria alocata si identifica potentialii clienti;
Implementeaza promotiile de marketing in piata;
Urmareste incasarea, in termenul stabilit, a soldurilor din piata"
Descrierea jobului
-Abilitati de negociere;
-Experienta in FMCG pe un post similar de minim 3 ani cu portofoliul de clienti deja creat pe Distribuitori, Engross si/sau Horeca;
-Bune abilitati de comunicare, relationare si lucru cu clientii;
-Capacitate de luare a deciziilor;
-Foarte bune abilitati de prezentare si organizare;
-Atentie la detalii;
-PC: MS office;
-Permis de conducere (B);
-Disponibilitate deplasari zilnice la sediile clientilor, in proportie de peste 80% din timpul efectiv de lucru;
