As a Real Estate Consultant, you will play a key role in representing prestigious properties throughout Romania and providing outstanding advisory services to high-net-worth clients. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from identifying opportunities to closing deals, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity. Responsibilities
● Identify properties suitable for the portfolio of Romania Sotheby's International Realty.
● Identify and present premium real estate opportunities tailored to client needs.
● Maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, and developers.
● Manage the end-to-end sales process, from property listings to contract negotiations.
● Conduct market research and stay informed about luxury real estate trends.
● Collaborate with international Sotheby’s affiliates to access global buyers and sellers.
● Organize and attend property viewings, networking events, and industry conferences.
● Provide expert guidance on property valuations, legal aspects, and financing options.
