We are looking for a Field Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Dragomirești-Vale, with flexibility for remote work and frequent field activity.

The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for face-to-face meetings with clients, developing new business opportunities, and managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure. The role requires strong relationship-building skills, solid PV industry knowledge, and a proven ability to close deals across Residential, C&I, and Utility segments.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing clients to understand needs and present tailored PV solutions
* Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities in Residential, Commercial & Industrial (C&I), and Utility-scale solar markets
* Build, grow, and maintain long-term customer relationships based on trust and transparency
* Promote KENO Energy’s photovoltaic products and solutions using a consultative sales approach
* Manage and actively track the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate, clean, and up-to-date data
* Use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to prepare reports, presentations, and sales documentation
* Maintain detailed records of sales activities, forecasts, and market insights
* Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to support strategic decision-making

Qualifications

* Proven track record of successfully closed deals, preferably in the PV or energy sector
* Solid knowledge of the photovoltaic industry, including Residential, C&I, and Utility business models
* Experience in field sales, business development, or key account management
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with customers and partners
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
* Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining a clean, well-managed pipeline
* Strong organizational and time-management skills with a proactive mindset
* Valid Driver’s License – Category B
* Willingness to travel for client meetings as required
* Relevant educational background in Business, Sales, Engineering, Energy, or a related field is a plus
* Fluency in Romanian and English
