Regional Sales Representative – Romania

- At least 3–5 years of sales experience in frozen food, bakery products, FMCG, or food distribution
- A proven track record of bringing in new customers
- Strong contacts within the Romanian retail or food industry
- Confidence in negotiation and customer relationship management
- Independent, proactive, outgoing and results-oriented personality
- Fluent Romanian is essential; English is required (knowledge of Hungarian is welcome)
- Valid, clean driving license for frequent travel
Job Description
- Find and develop new business opportunities across Romania
- Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and foodservice customers
- Use your existing industry network to grow sales quickly
- Present and sell our frozen bakery product range
- Negotiate prices, agreements, and assist in commercial terms
- Keep an eye on market trends and competitor activity
- Work closely with our production and logistics teamsAchieve sales targets and help our products grow locally
