Recruitment Internship

• Preferably 6 months professional experience in recruitment;
• Enthusiastic persons with a “can do” and “team spirit” attitude, motivated by a strong desire to learn and build a meaningful professional career;
• Ability to deal with multiple tasks under deadlines while maintaining a good quality of work deliverables;
• A positive attitude, with a mindset of constantly finding solutions;
• Fluency in verbal and written English;
• Good attention to details;
• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Active participation in recruitment processes (advertising vacancies, screening candidates, qualification assessments, organizing interviews, follow-up with hiring managers, keeping candidates informed about our process etc) for PwC Romania & PwC Moldova offices;
• Sourcing the most suitable candidates using direct search techniques and instruments in order to facilitate valuable meaningful interviews for the existing openings;
• Maintain constant communication with the candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding processes, offering a great candidate experience;
• Participate in different activities to support the Employer Branding initiatives (career fairs, events for students, webinars, open days).
