Real Time Management Specialist - Sibiu- HYBRID

• Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• English language- minim B2 level
• Ability to function in a team environment, providing the necessary support and assistance for all members of each account team (Supervisors, Lead Agents, training etc.)
• Must be available to work rotating schedule including nights and weekends in a hybrid system
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically excel.
• Experience in scheduling and/or operations role within a high volume call centre environment.
• Post Secondary educational background in mathematics or statistics or equivalent work experience.

• Ensures adherence to defined real-time processes
• Effective monitoring and analysis of real-time activity against plan:
  • Schedule adherence
  • Forecast vs actuals
• Highlight risks / sends alerts to relevant stakeholders and managers
• Propose recommendation for risk mitigation and minimize gaps
• Effective engagement with client & Ops re: staffing adjustments
• Coordination of daily huddles (planning for upcoming day/week)
• Consultation with client regarding real-time updates
• Effective & accurate updating of WFM/Scheduling Tool
• Controls and manages flows & activity
• Collects and extracts real-time related data from systems (client/internal) and organizes data structure
• Ensures that all real-time report formats and links are kept up-to-date
• Conducts deep-dive real-time analysis on any serious deviation to KPIs
• Establish and maintain effective partnership with other WFM Specialists, BI Specialists &
• Operational Teams & Clients
• Other responsibilities that may be assigned by the immediate manager
