-Degree in engineering, technical studies, or comparable qualification (e.g., mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering, quality engineering).
-Experience in automotive quality management or supplier development (we welcome applicants from entry-level up to 3–5+ years of senior experience).
-Knowledge of and proficiency in Q-tools (FMEA, PPF, 8D, Control Plan), depending on experience level.
-Fluent in English; German language skills are highly desirable and a strong advantage.

Job Description
-On-site Quality Assurance & Audits: Participate in or lead visits to supplier locations, internal and external audits, and Rapid Plant Assessments (RPA).
-Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis: Independently analyze deviations and process weaknesses using structured tools (e.g., 5-Why, Ishikawa, 8D, Kepner-Tregoe).
-Process Releases & Documentation: Oversee requalifications, production process approvals (PPF), coordinate sample inspections, and compile final inspection reports.
-Moderation of Quality Dialogues: Lead escalation meetings between the OEM and suppliers, ensuring alignment on deadlines, responsibilities, and countermeasures.
-Data Management & Reporting: Monitor KPIs (using Excel and PowerBI) and maintain ticket documentation and reporting in customer portals (e.g., QMT).
