We're looking for an Assistant Manager – Quality & Client Experience to join our Treasury Services & Transfer Agency team. In this role, you'll help shape service quality by analyzing performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and partnering with Operations and Training teams to deliver an outstanding client experience.

  • Lead quality assurance and compliance initiatives
  • Analyze performance and customer satisfaction metrics to identify trends and opportunities
  • Deliver coaching sessions and support leaders in driving team performance
