We are looking for detail-oriented individuals for a Quality Assurance with French (QA) role within a project dedicated to verifying and enhancing the quality of online content evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily audits of moderator or evaluator decisions to ensure compliance with policies and quality standards;

Identify errors and conduct root cause analysis;

Provide clear and constructive feedback to teams to improve performance;

Participate in calibration sessions to align decisions and rule interpretations;

Collaborate with other teams (training, product, policy) to clarify or improve processes;

Generate reports on performance and quality results;

Support the team in understanding new rules or policy updates;

Contribute to process optimization and the enhancement of quality standards.

Requirements:

Advanced level of English for communication and documentation;

B2/C1 proficiency level in French;

High attention to detail and strong analytical skills;

Good communication skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback;

Ability to work in a dynamic environment with frequent changes;

Experience in QA, content moderation, content evaluation, or data annotation is a plus;

Familiarity with social media and the online environment.

Schedule: Full on-site in Bucharest, Monday to Friday
