Contabil Debutant (Junior)

• Purchase Ledger
• Matching invoices to delivery notes and purchase orders
• Ensuring all invoices are authorised by the relevant person where there is no purchase order
• Processing supplier invoices
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Taking ownership of and resolving any queries, ensuring the ledger is clean, tidy and reconciled at all times
• Processing weekly supplier payment runs
• Dealing with ad-hoc supplier queries
• Processing Purchase Orders received from Bf1 customer
• Processing Sales Invoices for customers
• Expenses
• Processing employee expense claims
• Reconciliation of the company payable accounts
• Other Duties
• Answering incoming telephone queries
• Updating the annualised hours spreadsheets for the relevant departments

• Meal Ticket of 35 RON/ day
• Transport Allowance for travel over 1.5 km to work, maximum amount settled is 30 km.
• Award after 5 years’ service including extra day's holiday up to 30 days.
• Refer a friend scheme of 1000 RON after your friend completes 6 months service.
