- Education: background in building administration.
- Software Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with property management software is a plus.
- Core Competencies: Foundational knowledge of primary accountancy, billing processes, cost control.
- Communication: Professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills for tenant and buyer relations.
Job Description
- Tenant Accountancy: Cash in rental payments, maintain accurate financial ledgers, liaise with tenants and helping them with fixing any issues they might encounter.
- Utility & Invoice Management: Calculate, generate, and issue monthly utility bills and service charges for rental units.
- Administrative Operations: Manage correspondence, organize digital files, working with accountancy department, finding suppliers to fix issues, keeping the building paperwork up to date: eg. Gas inspections, elevator maintenance, etc
- Rental Support: unit’s rental and issuing reports for the income and outcome of the rental costs.
Working from home is an option once the full process is clear and under control.
- Working hours: 10 am to 2 pm
- Salary: 2000 RON to 3000 RON
