Candidatul Ideal
We are currently looking for a Product Quality Engineer for our location in Gruiu, Ilfov, Romania (working program: 08:00 - 16:30, on-site)
- PQE manage the assigned customer portfolio strategically and operationally focusing on quality and associated risks.
- They create risk-based quality plans for new products by defining inspection criteria & method and implement the quality plan via Quality Control (QC).
- In the event of customer complaints, internal nonconformances or CAPAs they coordinate the actions and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- University – electronics, electromechanics
- Proven track record in a similar position; Experience in customer relation; quality core tools.
- English – Advanced/Intermediate
- MS Office Package (Charts, Statistical functions are madatory)
- Good communication and organization skills
- Strong attitude for teamwork, interpersonal skills and problem-solving
- SAP knowledge in this field of expertise

Main responsibilities:
- Manage and document customer specific requirements; Create and implement Quality Control plans, defining inspection criteria & methods
- Manage Customer complains and internal nonconformities; Create corrective actions reports, 8D, A3, Quality Alerts
- Prepare kpi’s reports
- Coordinate and follow up on corrective and preventive actions implementation, perform routine checks
- Providing inputs for production processes and Quality Management System improvements; up-date related documents
