Ideal Candidate
The role focuses on the coordination and monitoring of ordering and BANF processes, ensuring timely, complete, and compliant order handling, close alignment with internal interfaces, and stable downstream billing processes.
Ideal Candidate:
- Background in the logistics business or a comparable field;
- Proven experience with ordering, invoicing, or billing processes (experience with SAP is highly preferred);
- Strong understanding of process flows, internal/external interfaces, and governance;
- Proactive and solution-oriented personality;
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Fluency in both German and English (mandatory).
Job Description
- Regular coordination with logistic planners, purchasers, finance, and logistics service providers;
- Coordination and oversight of the complete order-to-pay process;
- Implementation of order accruals and assurance of timely accrual resolutions;
- Ensuring 2nd level support for technical invoice verification.
