• Experiență anterioară pe proiecte de construcții în România.
• Experiență pe proiecte similare de infrastructură sau construcții civile de amploare.
• Cunoștințe de bază de limba engleză.
• Familiarizarea cu standardele internaționale HSE (Sănătate, Securitate și Mediu).

• Minimum 5 ani de experiență ca Operator utilaj de piloți în domeniul construcțiilor.
• Experiență dovedită în operarea utilajelor pentru execuția fundațiilor adânci (piloți).
• Cunoștințe solide privind operațiunile de pilotaj și cerințele de securitate pe șantier.
• Capacitatea de a lucra eficient în echipă și de a respecta instrucțiunile tehnice.
• Autorizație/atestat valabil pentru operarea utilajului, după caz.
