Job Description
Purpose:
Support the smooth day-to-day running of Romania operations through effective coordination of logistics, stock, e-commerce and operational administration, ensuring accurate records, timely execution and strong follow-up.
Act as a key coordination point between stores, warehouses, transport providers, internal teams and external partners. The role is Romania-based, with the possibility of working from home subject to business needs and prior approval.

Logistics and delivery coordination
Stock management and inventory support
Operational administration and reporting
Cross-functional coordination
Key Performance Indicators:
Accuracy and timeliness of operational records
Stock accuracy and stocktake support
Delivery and logistics follow-up
E-commerce and documentation accuracy
Compliance with procedures and deadlines
Stakeholder support and responsiveness
