Job Description
Responsibilities
- Participate in pre-job and Toolbox meetings with crew members.
- Maintain good, safe working order of equipment according to standards, reporting problems or deviations.
- Prepare equipment for rig up and rig down times, equipment, including heavy treating iron, piping, and flowline components.
- Prepare, inspect, maintain, and organize equipment and inventory at the base before and after field operations.
- Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
- Continuously develop technical knowledge and skills to progress through equipment operator competency levels and career pathways.
Essential Requirements:
- Technical diploma or vocational school qualification (mechanical, electrical, industrial, or related field).
- 1-2 years of experience in the oil & gas industry or a similar industrial environment.
- Remain positive during pressures, setbacks, and fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work both onshore and offshore across Europe.
- Fluency in English and Romanian, both written and spoken.
