Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence and direct them appropriately.
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and partners in a professional manner.
- Provide administrative support (documents, data entry, contract tracking, signatures)
- Maintain office supplies and handle mail and courier services
- Organize schedules and administrative activities
- Maintain communication with vendors and partners, following their procedures
- Monitor service status and inform clients about progress
- Support logistics processes (receiving, recording, dispatching equipment)
- Assist repair processes, including ordering parts and preparing documentation
- Generate invoices for out-of-warranty services
