The role of Restaurants colleagues is to maintain all standards, policies & procedures relating to food and beverage mixing and service as laid out by the Corinthia Hotel, with a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction, product quality and profitability.
We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced professionals to join our team for restaurant positions at our 5-star Corinthia Hotel:
- Waiter - 2 position
- Hostess - 1 position
- Bartender - 1 position
- Commis - 1 position
Profile:
• Previous proven experience working in a high-end restaurant or luxury hospitality environment, with a minimum of 1-2 years' experience
• Certification from a recognized bar training program is highly desirable.
• Good knowledge about wines and spirits, food, and afternoon tea concept
• Knowledge of operating Micros and the P.O.S. system
• Good level of written and spoken English.
• Keen understanding of luxury service protocols and grooming standards.
• Professional and engaging personality
