• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in project management, product development, or a similar coordination role.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners and experts.
• Proactive, results-driven, and an excellent communicator.
• Previous experience as a recruiter or head-hunter is a plus.
• Curious by nature, with a genuine interest in understanding how things work.
• Experience collaborating with suppliers or partners from the US, UK, or China is an advantage.
• Previous working experience in the US is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, and a practical, common-sense approach.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

• Coordinate the entire product development lifecycle, from concept generation to launch.
• Identify, select, and manage external suppliers and subject-matter experts who contribute to product content, including specialists involved in writing.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing collaborators, spokespersons, and industry experts.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments - Copy, Social Media, Blogs, and E-commerce - to align all stages of the process leading up to launch.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and consumer preferences that inform product decisions.
• Oversee prototyping, testing, and iteration to refine product design and functionality.
• Implement quality control measures throughout development to meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines, optimizing resource allocation across all stages.
• Review and approve final content produced by the writing team.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to align product strategy with marketing and sales objectives.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the product development process.
