Ideal candidates must have:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or a related field, and a teaching qualification;
- Passion for music, creativity, and children’s learning;
- A strong understanding of pedagogies in primary music education, including singing, instrumental instruction, and basic music theory;
- The ability to plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that encourage creativity, confidence, and collaboration;
- An understanding of differentiation and inclusive music education, ensuring all students thrive regardless of ability or experience.

Children in the Early Years, Primary and Secondary school (ages 2 to 14) follow the National Curriculum and Cambridge International Curriculum which is adapted to meet the needs of our international student body.
Students in Years 10 and 11 follow the Cambridge IGCSE programme.
