Ideal Candidate
Extensive experience (5-10 years) in digital marketing, marketing technology, marketing operations, analytics, or a related field.
Strong understanding of digital marketing technologies, tracking, analytics, and data flows.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and related tracking technologies.
Solid understanding of web analytics, event tracking, conversion tracking, attribution, and campaign measurement.
Experience implementing and managing cookie consent and privacy solutions, with a good understanding of GDPR and consent-based tracking.
Good understanding of technical SEO, including crawling and indexing, sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical URLs, redirects, structured data and Core Web Vitals.
Ability to analyze marketing and customer data, identify trends and opportunities, and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
Good understanding of customer retention and lifecycle marketing, including customer engagement, churn reduction, and retention campaign performance.
Ability to define and sustain relevant KPIs for online marketing efforts
Good understanding of affiliate marketing tactics
Solid experience in working with Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication skills and ability to offer feedback

Job Description
Office location: Sibiu, full time on-site (Relocation package)
Responsibilities:
Monitors and owns website and campaign tracking architecture
Manages tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or equivalent analytics and tracking tools
Manages the team and sets performance-driven goals for both the team and individual members
Manages cookie/consent management platforms and consent mechanisms.
Supervises the company service promotions (makes estimates; proposes site changes and decides on image and wording together with the Inbound Specialist; sets up tasks and follows up on implementation; gathers results and follows retention performance for each campaign)
Supervises the company device promotions (follows competition and compares device portfolio and pricing; proposes devices and decides on pricing and monthly promotions; sets tasks for promotional pricing)
Supervises retention efforts and develops action plans together with the retention team to reduce the overall churn rates
Manages SEO and technical website optimization
Works closely with design and dev teams to improve website conversion rates
