Ideal Candidate
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Marketing role, ideally within a national or international company and/or a PR or communications agency.
• Strong orientation towards sales and commercial impact – marketing as a business driver, not purely creative or brand-focused.
• Proven experience in a client-facing environment, working with external stakeholders such as trade partners, installers, planners, or investors.
• Background from construction, or technical product companies is a strong plus.
• Exposure to technical products is an advantage; the ability to understand and differentiate products and solutions is essential – expert-level technical knowledge is not required.

• Strong self-management skills – able to set priorities, manage workload independently, and deliver without close supervision.

• Promote the Water Technologies brand, solutions, and customer experience – focusing on storytelling, emotion, and market relevance.
• Be the first point of contact with the external ecosystem: installers, planners, investors, and dealers – ensuring marketing strategy reflects real customer expectations.
• Develop and execute a digital & Social Media content strategy: video content, customer testimonials, top project references, and case studies.
• Coordinate regular connections with European country teams to exchange best practices and align on market initiatives.
Events & Activations
• Organize events end-to-end – not just logistics (timing, costs), but content design, stage setup, local support coordination, and on-stage presence.
• Support local and regional activations that strengthen positioning with key market audiences.
Commercial & Sales Support
• Support sales, solution, and product promotion campaigns with a strong commercial mindset.
• Negotiate marketing contracts with customers: dealers, beneficiaries, installers, and educational partners.
• Coordinate and administer the Rewards platform for customer engagement and loyalty.
Internal Coordination & Academy
• Coordinate the creation of internal content: product documents, solution brochures, and communication materials.
• Track, organize, structure, and follow up on the Academy plan – ensuring information flows to the right stakeholders on time.
• Support internal teams with relevant marketing materials and campaign coordination.
