We are currently looking for a Logistics&Transport Specialist (f/m/d)

The Logistics&Transport Specialist is responsible for coordinating logistics activities related to direct acquisitions, direct deliveries and local transport operations. The role ensures production continuity by securing timely, accurate and compliant movement of materials and electronic components across the supply chain.

Key skills & qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in logistics/transportation, ideally within electronics manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of transport regulations and documentation standards.
  • Proficient in English, written and spoken.
  • Experience in SAP systems, visual management and continuous improvement practices.
  • Continuous improvement orientation (Lean/Kaizen exposure is an advantage).
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Strong ownership and ability to work independently.
  • Effective communication and cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Problem‑solving and decision‑making under time pressure.Prioritization and time management in a dynamic environment

Job Description

Your main responsibilities:
  • Plan and monitor transportation for inbound and outbound.
  • Manage delivery documentation (POs, delivery notes, CMR, customs documents).
  • Optimize routes and transport capacity to support production and customer requirements in a best cost & time & quality manner.
  • Coordinate with transport partners for planned and urgent deliveries.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments (Planning, Production, Quality, Warehouse).
  • Monitor supplier and support improvement actions.
  • Manage issues related to delays, damages or non‑conformities.
  • Track logistics KPIs: transport cost, delivery performance, lead times, claims etc.
  • Provide accurate transport updates to production planning.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency, cost optimization and process improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with ESD handling regulations and packaging requirements for electronic components.
  • Maintain audit‑ready documentation (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 13485).
  • Manage logistics claims and ERP/SAP system updates.
