Experience
2+ years of experience working in logistics, warehouse, or transportation operations and AMAZON

• Planning and managing the stock on Amazon
• Placing orders and keep in contact with suppliers
• Follow up shipments from ︁︀​︂︃︃​︈︃​︀suppliers to prep centres and then to Amazo.
• Keep in contact with prep centres’/third party warehouses, send the prep instructions and follow up the work flow and inventory
• Ship the goods in Amazon, and follow up their receiving on the platforms (create and follow up FBA shipments from Amazon Seller Central).
• Create cases, talk to platform representatives and find solution in order to solve any issue that might occur in the restocking process
• Manage removals of unfulfillable inventory from Amazon and Walmart.
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels (restock when needed), delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
• Manage import/export procedures and shipments.
• Give daily logistics updates
• Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements

We are an e-commerce company with stores on Amazon (US and EU and USA) and we are looking to hire an experienced and reliable Logistics Coordinator to be responsible for the overall supply chain.
The position requires knowledge and experience in logistics in general. A knowledge with Amazon platform is an advantage but the company can provide a internship short process for the Amazon platform.
Logistics Coordinator responsibilities include analysis of stock situations, organizing and monitoring orders, storage and shipping of goods to Amazon as well as inventory management of the stock.
The goal is to manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.
