We are looking for a motivated Logistics Buyer to manage electronic component purchases, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely deliveries. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, analytical, and eager to grow in procurement and supply chain operations.

Ideal Candidate

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, or a related field;
Good written and spoken English;
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables);
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities;
Good communication and organizational skills;
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively;
Previous experience in a Buyer or Purchasing role, preferably in logistics or supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
Purchase electronic components from an assigned portfolio of suppliers;
Prepare and process purchase orders and related documentation in SAP;
Monitor orders, ensure on-time delivery, and resolve any issues that arise;
Maintain constant communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding order status;
Handle shortages, warehouse discrepancies, and invoice-related issues;
Track open orders and supplier delivery performance, taking corrective actions when necessary;
Manage the full procurement cycle, from supplier inquiry to goods receipt;
Prepare reports and perform data analysis, including spend analysis;
Support Sales and Technical teams with quotations for tenders;
Manage and monitor claims with suppliers and factories.
