Experience
- 0–1 years of experience in sales, business development, technical sales, or the renewable energy sector; recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Academic projects, internships, or initial exposure to photovoltaic (PV), Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), inverters, transformers, electrical equipment, or EPC projects is considered an advantage
- Exposure to tendering processes or commercial activities during studies or internships is a plus
- Strong technical or business graduates with a genuine interest in renewable energy sales are encouraged to apply

Job Description
The role combines exposure to business development, technical sales support, and customer relationship activities, working under the guidance of senior colleagues and in close contact with EPC contractors, project developers, utilities, distributors, investors, and industrial customers. The successful candidate will support the sales team throughout the sales process, from opportunity identification and solution development to contract execution and after-sales support, while progressively building the skills needed to manage opportunities independently.
The position has a learning focus on Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), while gaining exposure to the company's entire renewable energy portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales Support
- Support the sales of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), photovoltaic modules, solar inverters, PCS equipment, transformers, cables, and related power infrastructure solutions in Romania
- Assist in identifying and approaching EPC contractors, project developers, utilities, distributors, investors, and strategic partners, under the guidance of senior team members
- Support the generation of new business opportunities through market prospecting, networking, customer visits, and industry events
- Help build and maintain the sales pipeline and support follow-up on open opportunities
- Support the sales cycle from lead qualification through quotation and contract award, alongside senior colleagues
- Collaborate with internal technical and commercial teams to help develop customer-focused solutions
- Contribute to the team's sales targets, revenue objectives, and gross margin goals
- Support tendering and bidding activities for PV and BESS projects
- Assist in preparing quotations, commercial proposals, pricing offers, and customer presentations
- Support commercial discussions related to pricing, payment terms, warranties, delivery schedules, and contractual conditions
- Coordinate with technical teams to help ensure proposed solutions are technically compliant and commercially competitive
- Support contract preparation and project handover activities following contract award
- Help ensure customer requirements are accurately reflected throughout the proposal and contracting process
- Support the maintenance of relationships with existing customers, under the guidance of senior colleagues
- Act as a supporting point of contact for customers throughout the sales and project execution process
- Help coordinate delivery schedules and project updates with supply chain, logistics, technical, and service teams
- Support after-sales activities and help facilitate the resolution of customer issues
- Collect customer feedback and share observations to support customer satisfaction initiatives
- Support customers during project delivery, commissioning, and post-sales phases
- Help monitor market trends, regulatory developments, industry standards, and competitor activity within the Romanian renewable energy sector
- Support the identification of new projects, market opportunities, and potential partnerships, particularly in the BESS and utility-scale solar segments
- Assist with market research related to energy storage systems, photovoltaic solutions, power equipment, and grid infrastructure
- Provide market observations, customer feedback, and initial business insights to the team
- Support the development of local commercial strategies and market positioning initiatives
- Contribute data and input to sales forecasting and market planning activities
- Maintain accurate records of opportunities, quotations, contracts, customer interactions, and sales activities
- Help update and manage the sales pipeline and support regular forecast updates
- Prepare periodic sales, activity, opportunity, and market reports
- Support payment collection activities and follow-up on outstanding receivables when required
- Assist with contract administration, bank guarantees, credit insurance, and other commercial documentation
- Follow internal sales processes, reporting requirements, and commercial procedures
- Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, technical seminars, customer meetings, and industry events, alongside senior colleagues
- Support the preparation of commercial and technical presentations for customers and partners
- Assist in hosting and accompanying customer visits to company headquarters, manufacturing facilities, and project sites
- Help promote the company's renewable energy solutions and strengthen its visibility within the Romanian market
- Support customer workshops, product training sessions, and partner engagement activities
