• 1+ year of experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Fluent in English; French is a plus
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, AS/400) is an advantage
• Knowledge of product structures and part numbering principles
• Understanding of codification processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Office 365)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt quickly to new situations and environments
• Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented mindset

• Create and maintain product structures (Bill of Materials – BOM)
• Perform item and product codification within ERP systems and PLM systems
• Define and update item specifications based on technical documentation
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of BOMs and product data across systems
• Collaborate with Purchasing and Engineering teams for data validation and issue resolution
• Support system updates and data alignment according to changes in technical documentation
