Job description:
- analyzing supplier offers and identifying the lowest price
- verifying/ preparing of orders, placing and sending orders to suppliers
- optimizing the ordering processes (delivery times, order deadlines, etc.)
- processing and verifying invoices received from the supplier/purchasing agency; informing suppliers in case of incorrect pricing and obtaining vouchers (credit note)
- processing lists of delayed/ undelivered goods and updating data in the system
- daily verification of the problematic items list – replaced or unavailable item, quantity differences, long delivery times
- logistical activities & preparing invoices necessary for saving/ trading operations
- organizing returns
- maintaining communication with group companies

Mo – Fr: 08:00 – 17:00
