Fashion Days is seeking a Java Developer to join our software engineering team within the Business Intelligence department. The BI team is developing Java applications for back-end and front-end processing.
You will be a part of a young development team responsible for the implementation of our corporate reporting and analysis portal.
You will have to:
-develop, test, debug, document, and maintain the back-end services, models, processes in Java;
-participate in development team activities to ensure consistently high levels of quality and productivity ;
-stay up-to-date on new technologies and development techniques to improve application quality and construction efficiency;
-continue improve implementation and developing skills, be creative in using new implementation techniques.
You have to be passionate about and have experience in OOP development using Java,.NET or similar environments, plus:
-to love to learn and apply new technology and self-driven;
-to have experience in Object Oriented Programming in any high-level languages (Java, C#, etc.);
-minimal database knowledge is required (SQL) and opened to learn and improve the database knowledge;
-critical thinking and problem solving skills;
-good spoken and written English skills.
Also it will be nice for you to have:
-experience in the Business Intelligence area;
-previous work in development teams;
-any source control environment experience is a plus.
