• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or a related technical field;
• Advanced English language skills; German language skills are considered an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing IT, Shopfloor IT, MES support, or industrial digitalization;
• Experience with Windows OS as Client/Server and IT network systems/architecture.

• Experience working with MES, SCADA, PLC, and industrial communication environments;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and proactive approach;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment;
• Willingness to travel occasionally for project implementation and global collaboration.

• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and production KPIs such as OEE, availability, downtime, line utilization, and productivity;
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
• Experience integrating manufacturing systems with ERP platforms (SAP R/3 or SAP S/4HANA is an advantage).

• Support, maintain, and optimize the integration between ERP, MES, SCADA, PLC, and other manufacturing systems;
• Coordinate the digital connectivity of production equipment, machines, and manufacturing processes;
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve IT incidents impacting IT-Systems responsible for production operations;
• Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and Global IT teams to deliver efficient and sustainable solutions;
• Contribute to cybersecurity, network reliability, and compliance within the manufacturing environment;
• Support new production line launches, system upgrades, and deployment of global manufacturing solutions;
• Lead or participate in local and international IT projects related to manufacturing systems and digital transformation;
• Provide training and support to end users regarding manufacturing IT systems and applications.
