• Fluent in English (at least C1 level) with a neutral, easily understood accent — you'll be working mainly with international and UK investors
• Confident, professional phone manner, comfortable making calls every day
• Comfortable with CRM tools and a structured process — or a fast learner when it comes to new platforms
• A natural people person — an extrovert who thrives being surrounded by people, with strong communication skills and a knack for building relationships easily
• Comfortable hearing "no" through the cold calling and staying motivated anyway

HBRD Investments is looking for driven, confident teammates ready to build a career in private markets and investor relations through their sales skills. Successful cold calling takes real resilience — but it's built to reward those who succeed. The first month is an unpaid trial and training period, giving both sides a way to confirm it's the right fit; from month two, successful teammates move onto a base salary, with total earnings driven primarily by uncapped commission on every deal you close. We're looking to fill this role immediately, so you should be available to start straight away.

What you'll be doing:

• Making outbound cold calls to prospective investors
• Working from our office in Dorobanți, Bucharest
• Qualifying and converting leads from our database
• Understanding each investor's preferences
• Booking and managing follow-up calls and meetings, coordinating meetings with investors
• Keeping accurate, up-to-date records of investor interactions in our CRM (or learning how to use new platforms fast)
