Job Description
Coordoneaza echipa de industrializare in vederea atingerii obiectivelor de industrializare agreate cu clientul, obiective ce pot fi, dar nu se limiteaza la: calitate, termene, volum de productie, etc.;
Studiaza documentatia clientului, identifica cerintele de calitate ale acestuia si le comunica responsabililor de procese de productie – inspectie – auxiliare.
Stabileste/defineste si monitorizeaza indicatori de cheie de produs Kc si proces Kpp pentru programele client de care este responabil si propune masuri de imbunatatire/corectare in cazul semnalarii unor abateri;
Identifica arii de imbunatire - atat in procesele de productie cat si in activitatile de pregatire si lansare de fabricatie – si propune masuri de imbunatatire de sistem si/sau de proces in diferite ariii ale departamentului Productie Prelucrari Mecanice.
