• Excellent communication skills and coordination of technical teams.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to emergency interventions.
• Solution-oriented and continuous improvement.
• Analytical thinking and ability to prioritize.
• Attention to detail and adaptation to operational stress.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in industrial mechanical maintenance.
• Minimum 1–2 years in a role with advanced technical or coordination responsibilities.

Job Description

Role:
Ensures the optimal and continuous operation of mechanical equipment and installations by coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities, rapidly diagnosing defects and implementing effective technical solutions. Provides advanced technical support to the mechanics team and contributes to the continuous improvement of maintenance processes.

Responsibilities:
• Performs mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic defects diagnosis.
• Diagnoses defects and performs rapid interventions to reduce downtime.
• Monitors operating parameters: pressure, flow, temperature.
• Completes maintenance reports and updates technical documentation.
• Coordinates and executes preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance work.
• Evaluates the condition of equipment and proposes technical solutions to increase reliability.
• Ensures calibration, adjustment and verification of complex mechanical equipment.
• Participates in the commissioning of new equipment in collaboration with suppliers.
• Coordinates the team of mechanics in daily mechanical maintenance activities.
• Provides specialized technical support and training to the operational team.
• Prioritizes interventions based on the impact on production.
• Supervises the activities of subcontractors involved in mechanical work.
• Contributes to the development of preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
• Checks and validates intervention reports.
• Manages the need for spare parts, consumables and tools.
