The following characteristics are required:
* Availability to work according to day time weekly shift schedule: 08:00 - 16:30, 09:30 - 18:00, 10:30 - 19:00.
* Advanced / Fluent English language skills, both writing and speaking
* Technical skills in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook
* Ability to work in an international environment (you will be collaborating closely with our colleagues in the UK and Europe)
* Takes pride in work and owns tasks to completion, delivering a high standard of quality.
* Analytical and problem-solving mentality.
* Willingness to engage in the learning process.

We offer support through platforms and ticketing systems to other HR teams within Azets group on the following main topics:
* Employee data management (employment contracts, contractual changes, promotions, absences, probation etc)
* Salary letters, pension letters
* User management in timesheet platform
* L&D: training booking, spreadsheets updating, compliance training management and follow up
* Other tasks that arise from time to time (ad hoc request, project related administration).
* Managing day to day HR business support requests
