Head of Strategic Procurement – Trade Goods

We are seeking a visionary leader who combines a passion for innovation with strong analytical skills and a proven track record in procurement.

- Educational Background: A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable discipline.
- Extensive Experience: At least 10 years of procurement experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Expertise in B2B Trade: Demonstrated success in managing procurement within complex trading structures and international supply chains.
- Strategic and Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to analyse data, devise strategies, and proactively drive new ideas and initiatives.
- Communication and Negotiation: Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- International Team Management: Experience leading global teams and a strong sense of intercultural competence.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent English is required; additional languages, particularly German, are a plus.
- Willingness to Travel: Openness to frequent international travel.
- Technical Savvy: Familiarity with modern procurement and ERP systems such as SAP and COUPA is highly desirable.
