About the Coca-Cola HBC Program
Supply Chain Future Leaders Program - This is a full-time graduate role, not an internship
Duration: 1 year and 3 months of accelerated learning and hands-on development
Growth: Gain exposure to real manufacturing operations, technical mentoring, maintenance best practices, and impactful projects
Impact: Contribute directly to equipment reliability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives from day one
Your Key Roles
Equipment Reliability: Support the Automation Maintenance team in ensuring production equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably
Hands-on Experience: Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance activities for highly automated production lines and industrial equipment
Technical Problem-Solving: Gain practical experience in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, maintenance planning, and equipment performance optimization
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to initiatives focused on improving equipment reliability, efficiency, and operational performance
Project Involvement: Participate in departmental and cross-functional technical projects and maintenance improvement initiatives
Collaboration: Work closely with production, engineering, and maintenance colleagues to support daily operations and achieve business objectives
Development: Participate in technical training sessions, mentoring activities, and development projects as part of the graduate program
Responsibility: Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects while developing your technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
If This Sounds Like You, You're Ready to Open Up Your Career:
Education: Final-year student or recent graduate in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a similar technical field
Experience: Not required, but passion and potential are!
Curiosity: Eager to learn, adaptable, proactive, and motivated to grow in a dynamic manufacturing environment
Skills: Good English communication skills and comfortable using MS Office and digital tools
Engagement: Active in volunteering, student organizations, technical projects, competitions, or pursuing a unique passion
Career Ambition: Interested in building a long-term career in maintenance, engineering, and manufacturing operations
