At FSP Global, we are expanding our specialized solar energy division! We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-oriented Level 1 Technical Support Agents to join our international team on-site. No deep technical background required, as we will fully train you!
What we're looking for:
- Fluent German (C1): essential to communicate clearly and effectively with our customers.
- Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability and fast learning
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory
Job Description
- Be the first point of contact for our German speaking customers, managing and resolving inquiries via email and phone.
- Guide users through basic setup and troubleshooting for solar inverters, monitoring systems and PV components.
- Log incoming tickets and efficiently route more complex issues to our Level 2 technical team.
- Ensure every customer receives prompt, professional, and high-quality assistance, turning every interaction into a positive experience.
